　　Rabbits 兔子

　　One day, Willie’s father saw a boy at the market with four little white rabbits in a basket.

　　一天，威利的爸爸在市場(chǎng)看到了一個(gè)男孩，他的籃子里有四只小白兔。

　　He thought these would be nice pets for Willie; so he asked the lad how much he wanted for his rabbits.

　　他覺(jué)得這對(duì)威利來(lái)說(shuō)會(huì)是個(gè)漂亮的寵物，就告訴這個(gè)小伙子他想買下這些兔子，并問(wèn)他一共多少錢。

　　The boy said, “Only fifty cents, sir.”

　　男孩回答：“只要五毛錢，先生。”

　　Willie’s father bought them, and carried them home.

　　威利的爸爸買下兔子，并把它們帶回了家。

　　Here you see the rabbits and their little master.

　　現(xiàn)在你看到了兔子和它們的小主人。

　　He has a pen for them, and always shuts them in it at night to keep them safe.

　　威利為它們準(zhǔn)備了一只籠子。晚上，他總是把它們關(guān)在里面，以保證他們的安全。

　　He gives them bread and grass to eat.  他喂它們面包和青草吃。

　　They like grass, and will take it from his hand. He has called in a little friend to see them.

　　兔子喜歡青草，會(huì)從他的手上取走。威利還叫來(lái)了一個(gè)小伙伴一起看兔子。

　　Willie is telling him about their funny ways.

　　威利正在把兔子的趣事告訴他。
